Personal data collected directly through the contact form are: first and last name and e-mail address. In addition to the above, as a result of the use of information technologies, there is a possibility of unintentional collection of other data related to the e-mail address, such as the IP address, data about the server from which the e-mail was sent, and other similar data.
The personal data collected through the contact form will be used exclusively for the purpose of answering the inquiry i.e. the message, as well as for possible additional communication in the event of the need for additional clarifications.

Personal data retention period
Given the fact that personal data collected through the Contact form is data without which electronic communication cannot be conducted (e-mail cannot be sent without specifying an e-mail address, first and last name are necessary to identify the interlocutor), as well as that after responding to the sender’s inquiry, a new electronic message is created on the Handler’s server, which the Handler saves as an electronic message that he sent to the person he communicates with outside the Contact form and which he saves as proof of communication, the personal data collected in this way is stored as long as the e-mail exists on the server, i.e. until the request of the person of the collected personal data is submitted to delete that data.

In addition to the rights previously mentioned in the Privacy Policy, persons whose personal data is collected have the following rights:
- the right to request access, correction or deletion of personal data from the Handler;
