I GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms of use apply to the internet addresses www.erdeljan.rs and erdeljan.rs, which represent an identical website (hereinafter referred to as: Website).
Every visitor to the Website is obliged to familiarize himself with the Terms of Use before using the Website and to comply with them during the use of the Website.

VII DISPUTES
For all disputes arising from the use of the Website or in connection with the Terms of Use or other documentation on the Website, the competent court in Novi Sad will have jurisdiction, and the applicable law will be the law of the Republic of Serbia.
